Deluso dal fatto che avevamo prenotato un appartamento (proprio su consiglio di chi c'era stato poco tempo prima) e poi ci siamo invece trovati in un altro stabile e pertanto ben diverso da quello pubblicato e decantato In quello in cui siamo capitati, era abbastanza "datato": lavabo rovinato, rubinetteria vecchia e maltenuta, un solo cuscino in più disponibile, una sola abatjour sull'unico comodino presente e neanche funzionante Comunque tranquillo, vicino al quartiere ebraico (quindi centrale) e sufficientemente pulito Ma visto il prezzo pagato non siamo stati soddisfatti Pretendere chiarezza alla prenotazione!

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to Budapest Eye, subway station, bars, restaurants. Room was quite. Seperated bathroom and the toilet. Parking garage was safe and costed 14 euros per night. Before you get there you need to get access card. It means to find free spot in the street what is really not an easy.
The apartment was completely different than photos provided at booking site. Because it was located on the ground/first floor with windows into courtyard, it was dark. I did not measure it but I am pretty sure it doesn't have 45 square meters as promoted. The bedroom was very small and I always hit my leg when walking around the bed. The heating in bathroom was always on with no possibility to turn it off. There was no peg in bathroom nor toilet to hook the towels.response / report this review -

Kuvat selvästi otettu juuri remontoidusta huoneesta. Pistookkeen paikkoja ei vapaana kätevästi. Leveät hartiat omaavalle suihku liian pieni. Keittiö ok ja hyvät ruokailutilat. Sänky hyvä. Viikonloppuna kadun varrella yöelämää sen verran että meteli varmasti kantautuu huoneeseen. Hyvät palvelut ja nähtävyydet lähellä ja julkisilla helppo liikkua paikasta toiseen. W-lan joka huoneessa ja salasanat löytyy television alapuolella olevasta taulusta.

저희는 4명 가족이 갔는데요(1월달), 만족했음, 세탁기,드라이,다리미, 빠지거리 중심옆에 있고,교통좋고, 값싸고, 아주 깨끗하고, 만족함, 참 엑에서 78번 드래임 ( 전기버스 ) 타면 바로 옆에 3분거리에서 하차함,

Ottimo soggiorno ma in realtà erano gli Aboriginal Apartments che si trovano nella via che fa angolo con la porta di ingresso. Questo perché volevano spostarmi ad altro lontano, via malfamata, e con un brutto portone in Bov 6: ho protestato dicendo appunto che avevo comprato i King Apartments con un indirizzo preciso, e ho anche minacciato di chiamare l'intermediario Amoma, al che mi hanno portato agli Aboriginal accanto ai King, molto curati e ampi. Forniti di tutti i servizi e comodissimi perché vicino all'Opera di Budapest e alla piazza di Deak Ferenc, snodo nevralgico di Pest.

Met by your prearranged taxi at airport and welcomed by Vivienne at Apartment who was most professional and efficient at 1.30am in the morning. She explained everything and answered all our concerns. Called to your office day before departure to arrange return of keys and informed by staff member to return them to security desk .( Vivienne was off duty). Asked about Kiraly Spa but she did not know where they were or make effort to find out. She did not introduce herself. Keys returned to Security desk guard that morning 5am who refused to accept them and delay and stress resulted until we insisted he took keys. Your office staff should be more professional in managing customers and their needs
