Very friendly staff and our tour guide Frank was exceptional and tailor the tour for the group. We had a mixture in the Segway tour group of adults who wanted to know more about Hungary and children that wanted to go around and play with the Segways.

If you are planning a Segway tour here check out the few tour operators that do it here. As I found out that when I booked with one Discovery Budapest the tour was done by Yellow Zebra Tours. So find the cheapest deal and you'll probably be doing the same tour in partnership with another company. So when you find this meet up point there is only one office and the name of the tour place may be different.

Highly recommend the tours as one of the first things to do as you see so much of Budapest and can use it to plan where you want to visit again with more time or focus on places you didn't go to.

We went on their segway tour which lasted 2 hours (plus 30 minutes of training). The guide we had (George) was excellent and gave us a fantastic tour around Budapest on our Segways. A must for anyone visiting!

One of the best tourism centers to go to when you want to see everything in Hungary and beyond.
Chillaxing bookstore above the shop, place to check the Internet and get some refreshments for the journey.
The staff is nice and pretty friendly and are not afraid to help anyone.
I enjoyed the entire experience and is over and above in quality compared to other Tourism centers in Budapest.
Other places make it feel like a trap with the various staff trying to sell you different packages. This didn't happen here and you can openly choose whichever style you want to use in seeing Hungary and beautiful Budapest.
