  Minden igényt kielégítő hotel. Igazán profi személyzet. A hely kivül és belül kissé megkopott, frissítő dizájn ráférne. Mindezeket, a szolgáltatások a hely varázsa, az izletes választékos ételek a város bája kárpótol.

  Karácsony és szilveszter között töltöttünk el itt két éjszakát. A szálloda maximálisan gyermekbarát. Pancsoló medence, óvoda, foglalkozások, bábelőadás. Wellness részleg se volt zsúfolt, pedig sokan voltak. Tetszett a barlang, ahol pihenőágyakon olvasással nyugodtan el lehet tölteni 1-2 órát. Balaton 15 perc autóval, de Tapolcán is lehet jókat sétálni.

  Good service for decent price. We went with two kids (5 years).
  Pros
  - kids up to 6 years - services for free
  - nice possibilities for kids
  - pools outside and inside
  - close to Balaton
  - very good food
  - not so far from Slovakia
  - slovak lady at reception
  Cons
  - sunbeds around pool - there are not enough and quite poor quality
  Guests
  - HU, CZ, SK, AT
  Visit
  - Tapolca center - small, but beautifull
  - Balaton lake
  - cave
  - there is more
