Great location by the lake where you can see amazing sunsets! Close to a few restaurants and a supermarket as well. Good hotel facilities and cleanliness.

i just want to start off by saying that this is the first bad review that i've even written, but i really feel the need to do this.
first of all, the staff did not speak english and was not very friendly or welcoming. when we got there, we had lunch at their restaurant, and we were the only ones there. there were pictures all over the hotel of salmon at the restaurant, but the only fish they had on the menu was fish and chips. i have allergies, so i didn't get anything (because there was nothing that i could eat on the menu), but my dad and brothers got the fish and chips and it was tiny pieces of gross fish with the skin on it, and it took and hour for it to come, even though we were the only people there, and it was frozen and all they had to do we reheat it.
then, our room was so hot it felt like a sauna. we turned the thermostat as cold as it was able to go, but i still barely slept because it was so hot. i was sleeping on the futon which was 6 inches off the ground, and was as hard as a doctors table.
the room did not come with any shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles, it came with a 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash gel that squirted out of a soap dispenser, and was so liquidy that it didn't wash anything. they did not have any conditioner, and the chlorine smell would not wash off of me, no matter how many times i washed myself. the shower was very small, and it leaked all over the bathroom even though the door was closed very tight.
the hotel also claimed to have a private beach, but when we looked for it, all we found was rocks and the lake.
overall we did NOT have a good stay at this hotel, (even though we were only there for 1 night!!) and do not plan to return.response / report this review -

A személyzet segítőkész, rendes. A hotel tisztasága, rendezettsége jó. Az internet és hálózat minősége sajnos rossz volt. A szoba meleg volt, a fűtést letekerve is adott le meleget a fűtőegység és a hűtés nem üzemelt. Az étel finom és választékos volt.

Hallo, da ich zuvor bevor ich kommen wollte ein paar negative Bewertungen gelesen habe und da ich schon am ersten Tag sehen kann das es nur dummes geschwätze ist und um fair zu die Leute ich war zu sein will ich auch Bewertung abgeben, obwohl ich es noch so oft mache. So wo fange ich an
Die negative Bewertungen habe gemeint dass es hier schmutzig ist was soooo was freches zu sagen ist. Die Sauberkeit ist echt am hochem (höchstem?) Niveau. Ich bin schon ziemlich überempfindlich am Sauberkeit aber ich habe nichts gesehen wo ich was zum möckern hätte.
Das ganze Hotel ist voll von so kleinen Deteilen wo man sehen kann dass es gut geführt ist.
Essen ist SUPER. Ich habe nichts mehr dazu zu sagen echt, es war echt lecker und viel und mit grossem Auswahl.
Zwei negative Sachen: jemand hat sich über Kommunikation mit der Rezeption beschwerdet und ich muss sagen dass es da vielleicht etwas zum verbessern gibt: obwohl ich meine Reservierung 3-4 Wochen im Voraus gemacht habe, ich habe Kontrollanruf gemacht am Tag zuvor und die haben meinen Reservierung nicht finden können. Haben aber den Fehler zugegeben und sehr schnell korrigiert - ich habe meine Reservierung bekommen. Zweites: die Billiard kostet 1000 Forint, aber man kann es kaum gescheit spielen da die Kös kaputt sind.response / report this review -

Me and my family stayed here for a week and were very pleased with the facility, food and the helpful staff. I can recommend a stay here for both families and couples. Try to get a room with a view over lake balaton and the marina.
