Rooms are a bit basic (at least in the 3-star wing) , but they are clean. The building is plain ugly from the outside, but decent inside.

Very old communist style rooms (the review is for the larger family room, they had better rooms for couples but they where small for us), broken glass on the carpet made a deep bleeding cut in my son's foot. There was no bath, just an old shower with a rotten wood door. However the swimming pools are very good, the kids loved them. Service was generally good, except the cleaning lady that instead of apologizing for the broken glass she asked us if we broke the glass in the picture, we later found that both pictures had broken glass, and sharp glass bits left on one of them so service was not good just because of that.
Summary: the large rooms are no good, and pools are very good.response / report this review -

Acceptable prices. Clean rooms. Friendly staff I will be back 😉😂🤣 (3 star hotel area - here they have 4 star hotel as well in the "same" building)

Mediocre food in half-board, rooms are so-so for a 3-star location, soundproofing is non-existent (between rooms and especially btw room and the corridor). The fact that it is connected directly to the city bath is the only real plus.
