Nice place with beautiful view to the lake. The interior is really what I expect from a four star hotel. The restaurant is big enough even in rush hours and we very much liked the wellness with the numerous sauna.

It is not 4stars hotel at all. Wellnes is very dirty. There is no place to relax. Wifi is not working. Only staff was ok.

Wellness is not clean (you can see dirt in saunas and missing parts in steam bath)! Pool and sauna park are not separated - it is very loud. You can forget relaxation. No staff at all in wellness area. AC is out of order, heating doesn’t work. Staff is kind and that is two instead of one star.

Felszines takaritas a szobakban, valamint a wellness reszlegen. A fitness terem nincs takaritva, hiaba jeleztuk a recepcion (pok es pokhalo a kardio gepen, ragacsos nyomogombok a futopadon).
A hotel igazgato, Darvas Zoltan farmernadragban es poloban kozelitett meg, mikozben epp elhagyni keszultuk a szallodat es visszajelzest adtunk a recepcios holgynek. A recepcios pult mogul kozbeszolt es lekezelo modon vitatkozni kezdett. Tobbek kozott kozolte, hogy sok mas hotel is van meg a parton, nem kell ide visszaterni ha nem voltunk megelegedve. Ebben biztos lehet.
Poor cleanliness in the rooms and in the wellness area as well. The gym hasn't been cleaned at all (spider web with spider on the cardio machine, the tread mills's touch screen extremely sticky).
Also I have never met a hotel director before who would have approached a hotel guest wearing jeans and Polo Shirt but unfortunatelly here I have: when we were about leave the hotel and were giving feedback to the receptionist Zoltan Darvas interrupted and talked back to me in a very rude way. Saying things like "There are other hotels nearby, you don't have to return to us if you weren't satisfied." Well, that is for sure.response / report this review -

The beds are very hard,the walls are like paperyou can hear everything from the neighbours even from the peoples up ! The bathroom smells terrible !!! Like the toilet has a hole somewhere,the smells comes out of the hole in the shower and where you can wash your hands.. The food is ok so far but they should add some fresh squeezed juices for breakfast .
The waiter in the restaurant are not friendly theydont speak english or german If you work in a hotel/restaurant for tourists then you should speak at least a bit english They stare through the room like they are really pissed off 24/7 The gentleman downstairs where we checked in was very nice.response / report this review -

Spent a nice weekend here. The rooms are satisfactory and comfy, the reception and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The spa is trendy and relaxing, so all in all it's a good place even if it doesn't look like one from the outside.
