Nice place for a relaxing long weekend, and once the renovation is finished it will be a great one.
Renovated rooms (see picture, they sell them called superior rooms) are pretty and stylish. Staff is very helpful and polite. Half board meals offer a great variety where you can choose traditional Hungarian, Mediterranean, or modern courses. The spa area has a big indoor pool and other smaller pools and saunas. Spa area will be renovated in 2018, looking forward to that. Lobby and lobby bar are beautiful and modern.
As returning customer I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location, full wellness center and outdoor pools ( for summer), spacious rooms, friendly staff great and varied food.
I would recommend it to spend a relaxing time even for families.

Huge hotel complex with two wellness areas right by Lake Balaton. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner with a crazy wide selection. Really nice and helpful staff, the receptionists and waiters were amazing.

We spent 3 days during early winter, so the place wasn't too busy- which we really liked. The staff was super friendly and attending, the food was delicious and the whole place is quite cozy with a modern touch. Really recommending the place for young couples loking for some alone time or a winter getaway.

This is a 4 star hotel - and sincerely, in my opinion it doesn't merit the 4 stars, at least what concerns the food provided for the conference participants. (I give the 4 stars here, as it wasn't either bad, altogether). I cannot say anything about the rooms as I preferred to stay in a much much cheaper place during the conference. Somehow the hotel reminded me of a popped up relict of communist times where it didn't matter that the queue of people wanting to buy beer or coffee was long and longer - and the single employee slowly got one thing done after the other, SLOWLY. Well, the place is wonderful, the big gardens and swimming pool right at the lake shore, and if you are keen on that, maybe the price is justified. It is YOUR decision what you are looking for.
