We were here with a dog but the dog is not allowed in this restaurant, so we asked them to serve the meal outside. They refused it because they can not give pillows and it is cold outside. It was a sunny day. See the picture.

Could be very good, because placed at a beautiful place. But. Staff is not so kind. Rooms are ok, but restroom is dirty. You get 3 towels, as it's a wellness hotel, but you have to pay additional fee for the bathrobe. Sauna and jacuzzi are working only after asking. Outdoor warm pool was iced and full off mess. Free billiard was not so advertised. All the time and all staff feels like you are a pain in the ass while you're there.

Nice place to stay. Compared with the service provided a bit overpriced, but even so it is a very nice area and pools and park make this place a good choice.
