  The room had cockroaches. Very unclean feeling throughout. Never again!

  The rooms were out of date, not what the pictures showed. Food was great and service was nice. Great location but cleanliness and room quality was not at 4 star service.

  Hotel położony tuż nad brzegiem jeziora Balaton.
  Pokoje bardzo różne - od schowka na szczotki (ale z działającą klimatyzacją) do ładnego pokoju z tarasem (ale nie działającą klimatyzacją).
  Obsługa mówi głównie po niemiecku - ciężko dogadać się po angielsku.
  Jedzenie smaczne.
  Czystość - średnia.

  Small room, extra small television and very used furniturre - has dirty feeling but were not. No free wifi in the room ( xxi. Century). Not enough light in bathroom. Blading was chalange. Restaurant can be reached with 15 meter outside walking ( _ 7 C degree
  
  Parking and location is relly good. Staff were helpfull and nice.
