  We were very happy during our second stay already.
  Everything in service - room, food in buffet, wellness was great.
  Very missed is thermal pool, that was only disappointment during our stay.

  We travel a lot but this is one place we always return to for weekend of all inclusive relaxation (for reasonable price). On our 7th visit and definitelly not the last. Great pools, delicious food and also ways to be active if you feel like it (tennis, squash, table tennis, minigolf, bowling etc). The exterior and interior are bit dated but for me it just adds a nostalgic feel.

  I come back there a few times per year. Great place to spend 3-4 days and rest. Lovely personnel, perfect food, all inclusive service so you dont worry about anything. Delicious desserts. Swimming pools, saunas, relax room with silence. Tennis, squash, mini golf, bowling, spa center, fitness room... Great place for kids, they have separate pools for them and play rooms. Live music sometimes and some parties in the evening like bingo. I love this place

  It's in a acceptable distance from Budapest with a small child. We arrived a bit earlier then the check-in time and we could spend that time in the lobby and could do the paperwork in advance. The lobby boys were very helpful they carry all the luggages. There is a small park in front of the hotel with a lot of car park slots though it became full one day and we had to park in a different car park. We chose a renewed room with an additional small bed for our 1.5-year-old son. It was on the top storey with beautiful view to the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, the wardrobes were big enough and there was also a private safe. The TV was a flat type. The bath room was also ok, especially the hair drier, it was very robust and nice. The catering was awesome, they served different food every day, let's say 2 out 6 were constant and the rest were different. Champagne for breakfast, and different type of cereals, we really appreciated.
  We used mostly the kid's pool, it was funny and contained many water toys. There was also a theme with dragons for children which were mostly for older kids like 3-11, though the animator girls always looked after for younger kids if they appeared.
  All in all we really enjoyed our time there.
  
  The reason we gave 4 out of 5 are:
  - coffee. in the all inclusive it was branded though still instant coffee, and the regular grinded coffee was a for additional cost
  - even if it was a renewed room there were some small glitches like the wardrobe's handle were loose, the shower's door was broken at the bottom

  Vlidny personal, snazi se i cesky,ale angl.a nem.umi vetsina. Veškeré info i v češtině. Jeden recepční zvlada zakladni cestinu. Krasne prostredi, čisto,dostatecny vyber jidla. Půjčovna kol, moznost sportovniho vyžití.

  we stayed here for a week and enjoyed it very much. This hotel has everything for a good family holiday: programmes for children, playgrounds, foods and good spa facilities.
