Eine herbe Enttäuschung. Kleines, abgewohntes Zimmer. Das Bad verschimmelt, Garage nicht verfügbar, trotz Reservierung. Besonders negativ ist das Bad aufgefallen: übler Kanalgeruch, verschimmelte Fugen, fehlende Handtuchhalter. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde das Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht gereinigt. Erst auf Nachfrage gab es frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Das Frühstück fügt sich nahtlos in das negative Bild ein. Personal freundlich.

Staff was polite! The whole hotel? Cheap, even for it's price Old double bes as two normals pushed together stoneage tv, cheapest breakfast, rotting shower cabin. would say it was ok but it wasnt

Remek ár-érték arányú szállás közel a belvároshoz. A hotelt egy társasházban alakították ki. A családi szoba megfelelő méretű, a gyerekek külön ágyban alhatnak. A reggeliző szoba kicsi, így előfordulhat, hogy várni kell arra, hogy asztalhoz jussunk. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, az épület alatti mélygarázs kedvező áron használható.

- Tisztaság (fal koszos, festék néhol pattogzik, padlószönyeg foltos koszos, törölgetve legalább egy éve nem volt szerintem, fürdőszoba nagyjából elfogadható azt leszámítva, hogy a zuhanykabin rozsdás)
- Messze van a Jégverem Fogadó, ahol a félpanziós ellátást lehet igénybe venni
- Reggelinél néha szegényes volt a felhozatal már fél 8 kor, pedig 7től lehet étkezni menni
- Klíma nincs bár nem is hírdetik, így a tetőtéri szobábákban elviselhetetlen délután a hőmérsékletresponse / report this review -

A szállodai szoba remek, a fogadtatás kedves, a reggeli bőséges. Az ár is megfizethető, és ha hozzáveszem, hogy közel volt nagyon sok szép látnivaló, akkor abszolút 5 csillag. Nem a szállodában akartam tölteni az időt, így ott, kb aludtam, meg ettem.

Jó helyen van, jó áron. Családias a hangulat, remek a reggeli és nem utolsó sorban tündéri a személyzet.:)

The hotel has its best days behind it. Although the rooms were clean, the bathroom had mildew around the shower and metal surfaces had rust. Room service was just as lacking. We started with a full set of two towels per person and were reduced to one over the next days. One of our rooms featured a large puddle of God-knows-what on the carpet. We were given small little shampoo bottles (never refilled without asking) but never had any real soap for washing our hands. Speaking of little things: Breakfast was very mediocre and featured the worst little bland industry bread rolls I have ever had. Although we reserved a parking spot in their underground garage there were not enough spots for guests. On our second night we came home to find that we were already checked out of their system and were unable to use our key cards. The hotel has good Wifi and is within walking distance to Sopron city center. Don't be fooled by the name. There is nothing "boutique" about this place. There is no spa, pool or any other facility. I can not recommend this place to anyone.
