I wasn't there in the last twelve years but my last weekend didn't fit to my old memories. It was so much better before. I mean it's not really a four star hotel. The staff was really kind but it should get renewed entirely soon, and rid off the smells which was coming from the kitchen. Nice place, good staff, but not a four star level.

Great hotel but spa area spoiled by shouting and screaming children. There should be quiet periods for relaxation.

Costly. Room tiny. Extra charge to park car. Extra charge for room like service charge. Somewhat inflexible staff in terms to extend check out time. Prices are different every day.

Very tidy rooms, historic building, good spa. Air-conditioned rooms are good and AC is silent and effective.

Charing, expensive hotel but worth it if you want to see Sopron (walking distance to more or less everything). Also has a nice relax/spa and roof top view.

80% great condition. 20% under renovation. There is a dentist in the hotel !?. Rooms are spacious. The top floor has a garden like place from where you can enjoy the city panorama. The location is in the centre of the city. Playroom for children are nice as well. Welness part is surprisingly big.
