Соотношение цена/качество, удобное расположение - рядом много кафе, магазинов, общественный транспорт. Вежливый персонал. Из минусов - редкая уборка, не очень свежие скатерть и покрывало на диване.

Visited Budapest for one and half week at winter 2012 and stayed the whole time in Akacfa Holiday Apartments. This place is at excellent location for it is very near the center of Budabest and also has great connections with tramline and metro. There is Spar grocery close by so you can easily also produce your own meals in rooms kitchen if you are not interested visiting one of local restaurants nearby. Cooking equipments in kitchen were satisfactory to say the least. As said there is many restaurants, pubs and discos nearby so sound might be disturbing for younger and older people. To me this was not the case since I had room from courtyard side, which was really quiet even at evenings. Staff was nice and booking in was dealt without any hassle. Rooms was in at satisfactory state and my only complains are that bed for two was actually two beds pushed together, which did work that well and shover curtain was in very bad shape. Also the washing machine did not work properly. Room was very warm even at cold winter. This was suprising because room also had very large windows. I highly recomend this place for youngish people who like to go and come as they please and dont require much from staff. If I visit Budabest again I definedly going to this place again, compared to the price it was very good value.
