  2016: Good prices, friendly staff, central location, good return policy. You may need to wait fairly long, but that happens with central stores with a low good price level.
  2017 October: ordered a phone, stock information said it gets delivered in 1-3 days. 2 days later my order got cancelled due to (non-) availability of the product.

  Not very helpful, few full options, more into selling parts than systems. I did not find their approach helpful at all. It was like we have all the parts, you build your computer, which is OK if you know what you are doing (at an expert level -- do you really know which motherboards go with which types of memory, video cards, sound cards, etc?!), but generally not helpful to me personally.
  Pricing is OK, better than some major markets but not as good as other smaller stores.
