Slow service. I wouldn't call the toilet tidy.

we wanted to eat some icecream with friends in this place. we were waiting approx 10 minutes witout any waiter coming to us to ask what we would like to have, although they were serving others. then we had to call the waiter and his reaction was that we should wait for other colleague (as this is not his table or someting) - however he didn't ask his colleague to come to us, and imho this is not our task to find out who should serve us, specially after 10 minutes. so we waited 1-2 more minutes then left the place. this is not customer service, this is very rude.

They have not served what's described in the menu. I ordered a strawberry frappé what should be a cold coffee with strawberry ice cream. I received a glass with no coffee, filled up to the half with ice cubes and a small bowl of ice cream. Talking to the staff is senseless because their English is very poor.

A good variety of nice cakes and ice creams (on the pricier side considering portion sizes) accompanied by terrible service. Staff seemed stressed and overworked, plates and glasses were dirty and after finishing eating we had to wait around 20 minutes until a waiter finally managed to bring the bill (we tried waving several times). We are not going to come back any time soon.

One of the best selection of ice-creams you can get in Hungary. Cookies are ok but average. It can be crowded when the weather is nice. You have to try the chestnut ice cream called "Magyarok Nyila" ( Arrow of Hungarians ). Nice place for a quick relax and refresh in a beautiful city center. Serving is fast but there are times when they can't handle the huge crowd.

The food is awesome but a bit pricey. I recomned getting a table outside or maybe on the second level neer a window if possible. The view is perfect
