  Very bad service. I had a problem with the A/C on a Duster. They did the normal service (oil and filter change) and charged me with filling up the A/C because the "gas level" was too low. After getting back my car i noticed the AC was still not working properly. I confronted them about it and sudenly they know that tje AC is losing pressure and theu didn't fix it. 5 minutes earlier theybsaid it's all good When i told them that I came to them to fix the AC not get my oil changed and that it's not ok to charge me for filling up the AC with gas when you know it's losing pressure ergo it's losing said gas imediatly. The servoce guy got upset and started talking in hungarian which unfortunatly i do not speak and walked away. So i paid 300 euro for a basic oil and filter change and out of that i paid about 45 euro for gas filling that when into the atmosphere Overall very bad experience. Incompetent and rude employes and walked away with the same problems i came with.
  
  PS. Out of over 15 people working there only one person spoke some broken english and that was a salesman that just translated

  Elromlott a dacia autóm. Átirányitottak az assistance hoz az meg vissza a szervizhez. Végül is semelyikük nem volt hajlandó megnézni az autóm szombat délelőtt. Valami miatt nem világítottak a lámpák. Éppen Görögországba mentünk volna nyaralni. Gyakorlatilag a renault ott hagyott az út szélén, szó szerint. Ezt a szolgáltatást senkinek nem ajánlom!

  Múlt héten voltam ott! Először, de biztos nem utoljára!!!Nagyon kedvesek, pontos korrekt tájékoztatást kaptam minden kérdésemre (szerviz)!Eddig Békéscsabán szervizeltek, sajnos nincs jó tapasztalatom! Köszönöm.
