  Near the Cap-Haitian airport, ruins of a colonial redoubt which belonged of the defense system of the city. It was used from 1915, during American Occupation, to 1986, as site of execution. Walls fragments and powder magazine still exist. It is a busy public place at morning and afternoon, frequented mainly by student and evangelic christians. Any modern installation. But beautiful panorama of Cap-Haitian.
