  Don’t trust this place especially the people that help you get your flight for American Airlines I got there an hour earlier then my flight and they lied and said my flight left early then tried to give me a flight for 2 days later that I had to pay for then switched it to Friday after complaining and still charged me. When I arrived for my flight today the airline came almost 3 hours later. Then the airplane was empty it had atleast 20 seats available they could have gave me that flight for free if I standby but because I didn’t speak creole and they could barely speak English with me they found a way to scam me for extra money what a shame and this why Haiti go through the struggle it go through. I am glad spirit airline is coming to Haiti even though I don’t use it. This airport need competitionso they can’t SCAM you for extra money because only one airline is there

  It was my first time going to Cap Haitian and it was very beautiful, but the only issue is the baggage handlers, and its sooooo hot. Port au Prince airport the baggage handlers will break your locks and go through your luggage and take stuff. But so far I love Cap Haitian airport and planning to go again real soon.   I had great experience with them, the only thing I didnt really like was because I was told not to put a lock on my luggage, which had me a bit worried, Outcome was good thank you!
