On a été empoisonné par un Rhum Punch contenant de l'ethanol. Nous deconseillons le Café à l'entrée principale de l'Hotel Oasis. Nous plaignons aussi l'agressivité des serveurs.

Service good and when you check in you get a complimentary cocktail (non-alcoholic) which was too sweet for my taste. Our room was on the 7th floor and that floor smelled kinda funky.

Review for pool only - went to try it out with friends. This pool is nicely finished with bar stools and swim up bar. The bathrooms don't have a shower however, only one shower outside by the pool. Looks like it will be more fun in summer but we ordered drinks from the cafe - poolside delivery was very nice!
New up-market mainland Chinese restaurant next to the pool was also installed in this latest renovation at the Oasis.response / report this review -

Royal Oasis has staff with great attitude. The reception has always been great. The rooms are spacious and clean with views. Breakfast could use some serious improvement. It is rarely of any quality. The ham could use some improvement. When breakfast was offered in the outside restaurant it was much better. Hot water works occasionally. Place is very safe and has some nice shops.

THEFT IN CONFERENCE ROOM!
While I was giving lectures today the kitchen folks setup the tables, moved my laptop bag and my pouch with the 1TB SSD drive ($415 at Amazon) and assorted VGA and HDMI connectors, plug converters, disappeared. I only noticed at the end of the course when putting my stuff back in the bag. Incredibly on the pictures of one participant you can see the pouch, see the server and a subsequent picture a few minutes later show no pouch.
We reviewed the security tapes that unfortunately did not cover the inside of the room.
Security, incredibly, asked if they could search my room to make sure I didn't left or returned the pouch to the room!!
Clearly security is there to protect hotel liability not protect customers.
As others have noted AC in the conference room does not work, warm water in the rooms is random, and breakfast Spartan. The bed was a few screws away from falling apart. AC worked well in the room. Internet was reasonable when it worked.response / report this review -

Price is high but quality is not. Huge rooms, but bot much more Hot water was random. Restaurant is expensive and you have to check your bill (overpricing may occur!). It seems like this hotel might have had better days But not much has been done to fix it. Unfortunately the price is still stuck in the past!

Cool place the breakfast was good and the staff was nice and cool they helped us do are french project for school so I suggest to go there m8 or you will miss the fun and accents of the staff which hits the spot

I had a beautiful and enjoyable stayed during my summer vacation in 2016. Front desk as well room services were very adequate and decent.My only question and dilemma is why there is no Swimming pool area..Mgmt should be taking that issue into consideration

November 2013, my father died , me and my bro we went to Haiti, for the funeral, I was amazed to see how beautiful this hotel was , clean, beautiful, nice bedroom, very big, big closets.. Congrats to the owner!!! Keep up the good work Staffs are great!!! Wonderful place to stay, if want to go in vacation in Haiti
