I am a real estate investor and has been in real estate for over 22 years. I wanted stop by and drop some love to RE/MAX Integrity Real Estate in Petion-ville. I have been looking for real estate for years in Haiti, but there was not an agent or so called real estate agency that could help me. None of these other streets agents was able to help me find a property, there was no communication, I felt that they just wanted me to spend without knowing what I was purchasing. RE/MAX do charge a $150 transaction fee but that is nothing when you look at the unstructured real estate situation in Haiti. If you are someone who's looking to buy as appose to selling or needing property management in Haiti RE/MAX is the go to. But becareful because there are fake other RE/MAX companies who are claiming to be with RE/MAX just so they can get you to call them. If you ask for Dexter & Sandra McKinley and they say no that is not the owner don't go with them. For anyone who has properties for rent in Haiti RE/MAX Integrity has a great property management system that will help you stay full with tenants and also make sure that your tenants pay on time and not damage the property. I had a great experience with RE/MAX and they are really making a difference in the real estate sector in Haiti!! Thank you RE/MAX!
