  I would have gave more stars if I hadn't had a dozen near-death experiences during the trip from PAP to Cap. The driver was insane! He passed on blind curves and just blasted the horn. On one curve, another bus was blasting HIS horn and couldn't hear ours. Close call. He even hit a marchand in Montrouis (not hard, but still). I have lived in Haiti and travelled on public transportation for almost 30 years. This was unacceptable. Different driver for the way back. It was much better.

  It's not a good company. The service is poor. They are usually late and they take your money for the reservation without knowing if they have places left. Last week I should have left Port-au-Prince at 10am I ended up leaving at 6:30 pm and they didn't even offer us food not even a drink. That was for sure the last time I take a bus from them.

  This is the first time traveling in that bus 🚌 line. And so far, the autobus standing zone is clean and spacious. No complaint here.
  
  - But there's no FREE parking for family or friends dropping off their loved ones.
  
  - There's a RESERVED parking spot all the way in the back.
  
  - Waiting time for the autobus departure is a whooping 2h30m to 3hrs. 🙄
  
  - Some FREE Wi-Fi would've been appreciated to kill time 🕒⌚.
  
  - Reservation must be made at least two (2) hours before arrival to the ticket booth. Otherwise, get ready to spend the rest of the day here or return home and come back later. 🤓 Planning is everything and key to a successful and stress-free trip!
  
  - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance.
  
  - Restroom 🚻 available for travelers down the hallway.
  
  - A restaurant/bar 🍴🍕🍔🍱🍜🍕🍪🍞🍰 is available across the ticket booth.
  
  - Music 🎤🎼🎹🎶 is playing.
  
  - Disco-like multi-color ceiling lights💡setting a good atmosphere and dancing mood 💃.
  
  - Flat LCD TV 📺 is on.
  
  - Staff is friendly and patient.
  
  There isn't enough seats in the waiting area by the ticket booth for travelers to pass time 🕒 ⌚. According to another traveler, a while ago there was only one spot for the Sans-Souci Tours bus line at this station. 🚌 But it has since improved and more 🚍 autobus standing zone for passengers and luggages 💼🎒 loading and unloading.
  
  ***More seats are available right below the Sans-Souci Restaurant/Bar 🍻🍷🍸.
  
  For that addition, I'm giving this bus 🚌 station a 4-star rating review. When the waiting area is improved to accommodate more travelers' baggages before check-in, 💼👜🎒 then I'll gladly rate the Sans-Souci Tours bus line a 5-star review.

  Il est certains que c’est le numéros un de la ligne Cap - Port. Mais un peut de modernité et de sérieux cela empêcherais de créer des frustrations chez les client.

  Good service. For $1000 Goud I got all the way to Cap Haitien. Conveniently located next to the airport although the walk there was pretty shady.
