Great beautiful and peaceful place. Located in a residential area. A vast yard were you can walk or take coffee.

It's good. The one thing that made my experience dissatisfactory was the lack of vegetarian food. And the vegetarian pizza was one of the worst pizza i've ever eaten. And I am all about the food. But in other terms, they have a gym, massage place, pool (which is meh).

The Best Hotel where you can have great service and local food "organic" and only place where you can go jogging in the heart of Petion Ville.

The new rooms are very modern. The roof top bar is lively and chic.
The food is fantastic, with a good selection on the menu. The staff were friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

The Karibe has seen better days. The room is a bit neglected. Still, it has a good gym, pool and grounds

It's like living in the nature itself, lots of trees, fresh air. That's the first reason me and my beloved choose this hotel

Great place to stay after a long medical trip to Northwest Haiti to help the underserved. Roof top lounge was fun. Security guards were ridiculous as they made me change my sandals to hiking boots and then allowed many people come in with flight flops. Otherwise great stay.

Karibe hotel was nice. The rooms were nicely done. The rooms were up-to-date. However the food was not so good. The food is very "Americanized". I was very disappointed in the breakfast that I didn't even try to have lunch or dinner there. My boyfriend and I went to ASU which is their rooftop lounge it was fun. Thw staff was friendly.

The rooms are very nice. The service is slow. Waited an hour and a half for room service dinner delivery. Waited an hour for pool towels. Staff is not overly friendly or eager to assist. Food is delicious.

Amazing and spacious hotel. The only thing I have to complain about is the Air Conditioner in the room which is a really big issue for me. It was on 50° and I felt hot

Horrible quit disturbing experience. Beware of the night manager. He is pretty much under qualified to deal with challenging situations or any situations that doesn't increase his ego. Showed zero skills and zero intention of doing his job pass a certain hour. Customer service in Haiti is known to be a problem for many. This hotel if wants to keep its reputation needs to invest in proper customer retention and customer service the same way as Kinam and Mariott does.

Why do I say that? Last night the night manager'shelp was requested and because I didn't speak to him in a tone that he didn't like, at 1 am he refused to assist or help me any further. I was chocked. A situation that could have taken 5 min to solve ended up taking 45 minutes. I am so thankful that it was my friend that had a reservation at this hotel and not me, otherwise I would have checked out right away.
If this night manager can't be challenged by customers, why is he a night manager at this hotel?

This place combines US prices with local service standards. Everything is significantly overpriced (and I mean significantly - $40 entrees, $6 for a bottle of water, $100 for a 30-min massage, etc.). Their business center has been "discontinued", and equipment in the gym is broken. Wifi is basically nonexistent. The staff aren't aware of any of these modest shortcomings, and will be insulted if you ask them. The indoor-outdoor feel would be lovely if there weren't mosquitos throughout all the indoor areas. Karibe seems to be trying to squeeze every last dollar out of its customers, without providing the level of service of even a basic airport hotel. Avoid.

Nice place to go clubbing (Asus Lounge on the roof level). Probably a luxurious hotel but I have not stayed there since it's a little out of the way.

Clean and nice bedroom. The only thing I had problems is the electricity went off twice on me and took 5-7 mns to come back. I was so scared but it's a nice and quiet
