It's a nice looking hotel with nice rooms.

This hotel was OK consedring that there s not a lot of choice in town but they could really improve the service and the location. For example there s a lot of outdoor space but no seating area. The restaurant was not operationnal during my stay and even at the bar the hotel staff was not really attentioned. I have been to smaller hotels were it felt more cozy and will definitely go back. During my stay the hotel manager had an argument with an employer and was so loud in the restaurant I had to leave then he went in the lobby to continue the argument not carung about client s presence. I m sorry but this is the most unprofesional behavior I ever observed in a hotel. My next time in Cayes I will try something else as I was not super impressed by the service.

This place is just breath taking. Its one of the best hotels in Haiti. The service is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the food is great. Its one of the hotels everyone should go to if you are visiting Les Cayes.

Service very slow and unhelpful. Internet in the lobby only. Rooms are old and smelly. Expensive, considering.
