Decent accommodations, but the restaurant needs major help. Most every day the menu was missing almost every available item. They had to come out with a handwritten list of about three things they actually had available. So you ended up eating the same thing over and over. They were more interested in watching their soap operas in front of us than getting the food out in a timely manner. Just a different way of doing things I guess.

The food and service at La Cretonne were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was functional so we were able to have a good night sleep even though the room was still missing a fridge and some light switches.

Very convenient place if you want to stay in Les Cayes but not too close to the crowded city! Located just a few miles away from the airport on the way to Camp Perrin and Jeremie.

Does not even deserve 2 stars!!! Expensive!
The restaurant had nothing to offer: no dessert, no fruits, no expresso, no salad, and no soup. Unacceptable when you pay US$165 per room. I ordered fried chicken, and my wife ordered lobster, it took them 45 minutes to serve, and both lobster and chicken were too salty and overcooked.

Terrible night sleep and an expensive price. They shut off the generator at random intervals during the night as a cost saving measure. I woke up sweating twice. I was dismissed as a whiner when I complained the morning after. Not acceptable for what they charge. Breakfast was good and the room was nice

Very nice and clean. No shower cap, no hair dryer, no iron bring your own. Loved the patio. Staff is not so friendly. Need extra security. I would stay there again. They just need a little improvement.

I like the place. The hotel is really nice. We got to dinner by the pool. Food was good. Customer service needs some improvement.
