I hate to say it but it looks like the place is falling down. Service is going lower and accessibility is getting worse.
Despite it's conditions it stays your better option in Carrefour, Haiti. I see a new pool under construction I hope the owner is willing to put his act together.

No service. I waited at every occasion when ordered something and the materials provided by the hotel is too cheap for what I paid. Again, there's no other options in Carrefour

I went to Haiti and and decided to stay at this hotel and it was the worst experience ever. I order breakfast they took forever and on top of that I found hair in my food and the server told me that it was my hair. I ask for a manager and they did not want me speak to her because they know I was going to complain. They did not have iron in the room. I stayed in a suite and the stove did not work.
whatever you do, don't stay with them, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last twenty years. I basically know all the staffs members by names. I love everyone and everyone loves me. It's very convenient and a great atmosphere that makes you feel at home. This is my favorite spot I hope you'll consider it yours too. Come and enjoy the magic!!!

Great place for the price. Lovely view of the city if you consider Port Au Prince lovely. They have a small gym with dumbbells, a couple of benches, and a treadmill. The pool is big enough that you can actually swim, and the inside dinning room serves pretty tasty food. I'd come here again.

Great place, rooms are clean, staff is accommodating, good is great. As said before the neighborhood isn't the best but it is secure here

Rooms are very clean. Food is very good. Management is very good. Food service is very good but it takes quite a while to get food.. I have stayed here at least six times and I will continue to stay here. Not much english spoken by employees but there are always english speaking guests here. The neighborhood isn't very good but motel is guarded 24 hours per day. Rates are very reasonable.
