Świetna lokalizacja,piękne widoki,bardzo czysto w apartamencie(kafelki aż się blyszcza,zwłaszcza mega czysty prysznic ),mimo że byliśmy 3 godzinki wcześniej przed zameldowaniem gospodarze przywitali nas serdecznie i apartament już na nas czekal:) wspaniały basen :))) w obiekcie,oraz taras;)) wrócimy tam jeszcze;) mega wielki plus dla gospodarza który polecał nam wszystkie restauracje ,piękne widokowe miejsca:) był bardzo pomocny..
Wieeeeellkkiii plusss:))) Jestem mega zadowolona..często korzystam z booking ale pierwszy raz tak sympatycznie udzielono nam wszystkich wskazowek:)) jeszcze raz dziekuje:*

Sehr zu empfehlen, die Gastgeber sind mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt - hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

We have been already two times in Villa Roses and we'll come back again. Owners are very friendly, on disposal for all questions, always there to help. Apartments are comfortable and equipment is good. Location is perfect because Villa is located in the middle of Opatija Riviera so all beautiful beaches and hiking trails are easy to reach. Nearest beach is approximately 250 meters away, only 5 minutes by the stairs. I highly recommend Villa Roses.

We had wonderful vacation in Villa Roses. Our apartment was very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Wellness apartment with saunas is very cute, perfect for relaxing. Other things to point out: parking is free, pool area and the garden are very clean, beach is only 5 minutes on foot, free barbecue facilities and table tennis. We'll definitely come back!
