Summary: Close to attractions and don't bother paying for breakfast. If you can reach somebody, try to reserve specific rooms and NONE on the bottom floor.

Pros:
It will take you 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town Center and Marina. On the way you will pass a couple of Supermarkets and some places to eat.
Cons:
There are only 3 or 4 rooms with a view of the water. The rest of them face the other buildings or worse. Try to reserve those before you go there (if you can reach anybody after you make a reservation). From our group, 2 were forced to take one room (bottom floor) which had windows to the back parking lot (only room available). There you "enjoy" the view of everybody's cars and the trash cans. It is like a hole in the wall (dark and depressing).
We were able to get a room on the second floor with the best view of the water. Downside was: that room had no hot water and since there is nobody there after 8pm, when we got back from visiting the town, we enjoyed a cold shower. If you like antique TVs, you will get those in your rooms (see pictures).
We paid extra for breakfast, but after seeing the dirty state of the eating area, we decided not to gamble and ate somewhere else.
WiFi was a joke. Really slow speeds and intermittent connectivity, all caused by cheap, consumer-grade access points. You will see them plugged in the wall sockets, as you come up the stairs.
For what we paid per room (around $80), there have to be better places in the area.response / report this review -

Počas svojho pobytu v meste Trogir, som bola ubytovaná v jednej z izieb vo Vile Jadran, so svojím priateľom. Ubytovanie sa nachádza iba 10 minút od centra mesta. Bolo výborne, dovolenka bola super, a ani sme sa nemuseli pohybovať autom. S ubytovaním sme mali zabezpečené aj chutné raňajky. Pláž, kde sme sa kúpali, je od ubytovania vzdialená asi 15 minút, tak sme si prenajali bicykle. Šli sme aj na niekoľko výletov, a najviac sa mi páčila Modrá jaskyňa, odporúčam, aby ste ju navštívili. Trogir je naozaj krásne mesto plné úzkych kamenných uličiek, a hoci je hlavne známe pre svoje historické pamiatky, nechýbal nám ani nočný život! Kluby a bary na pláži nás nesklamali. Odporúčam všetkým navštíviť Trogir, a ubytovanie v tejto Vile Jadran, je naozaj na úrovni.

Pre všetkých, ktorí chcú navštíviť Dalmáciu, odporúčam dovolenku v Trogire! Toľko je toho na objavovanie. Od jedinečných úzkych uličiek a múzeí, do super reštaurácií a nočného života! V meste Trogir sme strávili päť dní, presnejšie na ostrove Čiovo vo Vile Jadran. Keďže sme necestovali autom, personál nám odporučil, aby sme si prenajali cestný skúter v neďalekej agentúre. Bol to skvelý nápad, pretože sme sa vyhli veľkým davom. Preskúmali sme aj celý ostrov Čiovo, odviezli sme sa až do destinácie Okrug na druhom konci ostrova. Kúpanie v čistom mori pri zvuku modernej hudby z okolitých barov je perfektné! Odporúčam jesť ryby v reštaurácii Leonardo, budete si oblizovať až prsty!

2. Mio marito e io abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in Trogir in un appartamento in Villa Jadran, l’arredamento era molto bello, l'appartamento era spazioso e il prezzo era soddisfacente. Dall’appartamento abbiamo avuto una bellissima vista sulla città. La colazione che abbiamo avuto in Villa Jadran era molto deliziosa e ricca, che ci ha davvero stupito. Il centro città è a pochi minuti di distanza, quindi abbiamo spesso passeggiato lungo le bellissimi strade e abbiamo visitato numerosi monumenti. Ci siamo bagnati in spiaggia Pantan, una spiaggia molto bella con abbondanza di sabbia. Il personale in Villa Jadran è stato molto ospitale e ci hanno aiutato a prenotare un'escursione a Šibenik e al Parco Nazionale Krka, ci hanno consigliato anche ristoranti di qualità. Siamo sicuri di tornare anche il prossimo anno.

Although we originally wanted to stay in another house, the vacation in Villa Jadran has turned out to be more than excellent! The accommodation was comfortable, the breakfast they served was delicious! We enjoyed spending time sunbathing on the balcony overlooking Trogir and the clear sea. It even turned out that we had additional discounts at the nearby agency so we rented a scooter, and a discount on a walking tour and a trip to the island of Hvar attracted us to familiarize ourselves with this area with a professional guide. We only have words of praise. We will surely come back again!

Super miejsce na jedną noc - blisko mała plaza, 7 min od starego miasta. Pokoje zgodne z opisem. Śniadanie skromne.

Nem egy sokcsillagos szálloda, de a célnak megfelel, ha inkább csak aludni jársz ide. Közel van a városhoz, saját parkolóval is rendelkezik. Kellemes a hangulata.
