Bad service, attitude and judgy. Bad atmosphere in the cafeteria, loud guests. You can hear other people talking outside without any effort. And someone in the same trip as me told me she opened the door easily with a Bobby pin. Would not recommend.

We stayed there four nights. Not impressed. Room was very dated and furniture falling apart. Walls were dirty and doors wouldn't close. Not even the bathroom door. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window wouldn't open. It reeked of sewage when we entered. The air con was useless. The sealing fans were too noisy. Food was good but too many people and too long queues. Pool was very dated,most of the water features were broken. The whole place need a bit more maintenance . The playground was not bad but the kids pools were not cleaned. The beaches were ok.

The 'cheap' rooms are quite dated, but everything is kept very clean. The beach is only 10 steps away. The food is absolutely great. Staff is very friendly. But they don't even give water with the included meals, you are expected to buy all drinks. Still 5 stars because we came for the beach, and the hotel is well above 'fine' too.

Excellent beach, great for kids. You can play tennis and other fun games. Its a bit expensive.

Fantastic hotel. Food excellent. Everything you need in one place. Primosten just minutes walk away. You couldn't ask for a more idyllic setting.

Excellent setting. Nature is everywhere. There's a swimming pool. Only bad thing are long corridors. Nice cuisine with a lot of options
