Cozy city and great hotel. Our time in hotel President- beautiful decorated interior of rooms and its garden, great location tasteful dinner and attentive staff is what made our trip so memorable. Thank you Mia and others!

Not sure where to start, we just spent a week , 7 days in Zagreb and stayed at the President , it was outstanding , it made our stay memorable , one of the better hotels we have stayed in Europe , or just one of the nicest place we have stayed in period.
Just a side note , this is a small hotel more of a feel of a bed and breakfast in the country side , but right in the city . Its location was ideal for us a little secluded on a hill right off Britanski square , the little climb up the hill after-each night out was perfect , keeps you honest. Its location is ideal , quiet , best sleeps , but at the samew time close to everything , Zagreb is very walkable and the trams leave the square at the bottom of the hill or from the corner of Frankopanska and Illica 3minutes away . ( we were here in early november , sept oct nov is the time to be here and trams are the way to go in Zagreb but that is for another review)
Anyway back to the hotel , nice european breakfast included , very personal service , private tours from the hotel , the have a great Mercedes shuttle and driver at your disposal. I could go on but you get the jist. Even though this hotel might not be for everybody , we highly recomend .
And would really like to Thank Boris , Tania , Mima , Mia , Franny , are driver Marian , and owner Zoran once again for a wonderful and topnotch stay.

Delicious FOOD with that extra touch! I really recommend the restaurant! Service was fantastic! Everyone is so kind and helpfull here :) Located in a nice and quiet area in the city center.

I have booked an apartment for two adults and two children directly with a hotel and upon arrival at the reception, they told us that they have only two rooms available instead, without connecting doors. As we have small children, this alternative did not suit us at all, but they said that cannot do anything about it. The staff was not helpful at all, they did not offer us any alternative and they were not even apologetic.

Wonderful small hotel right there in the city center! Location is excellent because everything is very close, and still hotel has it's own garden, it's totally quiet and all rooms look to the park. I can't praise this stunning property enough, definitely one of a kind. Room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, modern design and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Staff is super friendly and nice. If you go to Zagreb this is definitely a "must-see" hotel!
