Friendly staff and clean hotel. Food was great and amenities are good. They have heated swimming pool and gym on the 10th floor. The only complain is the heated pool is still cold as it is set upto 25 degree only

A new and excellent addition to the DoubleTree brand. All the facilities are up to date. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, even the "standard" ones. The restaurant serves a good dinner. The breakfast room was full when I came and had to sit outside. Not a problem with great weather but not so good in other seasons. Very nice gym and swimming pool on the tenth floor with a fantastic panorama view. 10/10 would come again.

It's a great hotel. I like it everything. The staff is really well trained, they always had a sincere smile and were very helpful. Check in was very welcoming, a nice cookie was included. Room was modern, comfortable and functional. Gym pool area was super nice, the lady there was really friendly and her smile was contagious. The one th8ng I did not like is that some toiletries were on request It is just annoying to have to ask for small things like shaving cream.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location, Midway between downtown and the airport is perfect for a one night stay in Zagreb. Love those cookies too!

Really comfortable atmosphere to stay. Fine food and kind services. The restaurant has good music and nice workers too. No feeling of cheating or money oriented signs at all.

Location, hotel staffs and Check-in experience : 5 star, very friendly and offered warm 🍪 cookies
Room 4.5 stars, very big window, clean and comfortable.
Gym and indoor swimming pool: 5+ star, we were there at 10am, it was empty. Nice pool, great sauna area! And relaxing seats at the window.
Breakfast: 3 stars considering this is a Hilton, choices is very limited. 🤷‍♀️ just very boring .. and the walnuts are already gone bad: bitter, dries out

The best Hilton group hotel I've stayed at, ever. All the facilities are new, modern clean and well maintained. Staff are professional and welcoming. Excellent breakfast buffet. The gym and spa on the 10th floor is a stunning feature, which is very well managed by Caroline.

Thank you for a lovely stay. This is what all hotels should be like. We will definitely visit again.

Massage is excellent, so is also the breakfast, lunch and dinner aswell as the wine selection.

Really, really nice hotel!!

The layout is modern, the room itself, the same, the bathroom design, with split shower and bath, is great. Very well equipped gym, fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi with terrific views from the tenth floor, lovely sauna I enjoyed every second at the hotel, and the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast buffet is the best way to start your day, with a lot of different things to choose in an elegant restaurant, with very good olive oil for my toasts (they didn't have shredded tomato, but prepared it for me), pink Himalayan salt, good stuff!

If you can get your room in the west side of the ninth floor you are going to enjoy amazingly beautiful sunsets, believe me (^_-)

I will choose the same hotel the next time I go to Zagreb, for sure.
