  Cosy place, good for a quick bite. This restaurant has a very local and casual feel to it, and has to be taken as such. So dont expect an upscale, fine dining restaurant.

  Excellent food, typical local atmosphere. Enjoy the feeling of having a dinner like the people from Split. Small, funny and very open minded restaurant. A real place to be at night, stay away from restaurants along the city marina and enjoy your dinner at Pimpinella.

  Such great food, but such a shame about the service quality. Didn't give us our menus when we arrived, gave us our meals at different times and in the end gave us the wrong meals all together. Amazing food, just needs a couple more waiters.

  Very good grilled meat. We got the Pimpinella mixed grill and the meat was grilled on an almost outdoor grill. A friend also ordered the pasta which she rated as 8 out of 10. "The pasta looked home made and the sauce was fantastic". The only negative I could mention is that the waiter took a very long time to serve us when we sat down, and actually served another table which arrived after us beforehand, but I was 'hangry' at the time. Would come again.

  Don't come too late because the fish will be sold out. Nice service and good dish.
  It can be a bit hard to find. The restaurant is located in a small road.
