The worst car rental experience I have ever had. Totally a rip off. They would try to get your business by offering a lower rate on line. When you actually rented their cars, they would find excuses to charge you extra. I rented a car from Oryx with three friends in August to visit nearby towns during our trip to Zagreb. When we returned the car, the staff insisted on charging us 60Euro for car wash because there was some dust inside the car!! We didn't ruin any internal part or left any scratch on the car. The dust was merely a result of normal driving and can easily be cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner. Even if the car do need a professional car wash, it would only cost 90KN (12 Euro) for a Complete Wash in Zagreb!
I normally don't post any public reviews. But I feel this business is a scam and would like to warm any potential victims like us. Avoid at any costs!!

Ho prenotato tramite app il giorno prima è non hanno visto in tempo la prenotazione quindi ho aspettato più di 2h e alla fine mi Han dato un furgone al posto della Golf che avevo chiesto!
