Your customer service is amazing and helpful, your car what I rent was very clean and in very good condition, honestly I enjoyed in your services. The minus what was that you didn't had Automatic gear car in that moment but you deserve 5 stars

Great rentacar experience, the guy called me few minutes after I left that he accidentally didn't return me 10kn and I was really pleasantly surprised about this approach. Also, everything else went smooth.

Watch out for hidden fees and up selling behavior. "Oh you have to pay this surprise fee" then you try to argue and they'll very "charitably" offer a 50% discount on a previously non existent fee. Just stand your ground and don't pay beyond what you booked.

The cars work, unless their engine breaks while going downhill. Then the golden insurance they up sold you (€100) for some reason doesn't cover the costs. Meh, lost a customer there.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars until an unpleasant surprise once we returned the car. The car broke down on the first day, 2.5 hours away from Zagreb (the clutch stopped working). It was Sunday afternoon and there was an on-call person who handled the situation. It took half of the day on back-and-forth calls with this person and on waiting but in the end he arranged a tow-truck for the first car and a new car for us. He told us that in case they establish that the car broke down due to us mishandling it, we would have to pay for the tow truck. Luckily, it was determined that it was not our fault that the car broke down. We also had a gold insurance package so we were quite relaxed for the rest of the trip. Unfortunately, when we returned the new car to Zagreb at the end of our trip, they wanted to charge us almost 100 euros extra for their service of delivering us that new car. They never mentioned that this would cost anything when we talked over the phone and that it was a special service that was not included in our gold insurance. Not only that we went through the stress of their car breaking down in the middle of a road while going downhill after only a bit more than 2 hours of driving, and that we lost half a day on waiting for the new car and spent half of that time on phone calls with them, they went that far as charging extra for a service that they never mentioned was an extra service - for getting us a functional car after their car broke down due to the problem that was not our fault, but theirs. Really disappointing since we were their returning customers, but I don't think we will be returning to them again.
