A true gem in Split! Nice bar, great music and exceptional conversation with Tim, the Argentinian guy who brings Guinness and Hendrix to Split.
Also the history of the building makes a memorable time to us. Highly recommend!

Lovely atmosphere, decently priced wine, lovely cheese which at "portion" size is a nice snack with friends if you're grabbing a drink before dinner. Definitely recommend!

Good tunes. Great for a quick and moody drink. Was there at a very quiet 8pm and this places served the perfect counterpoint to split's hustling hoards.

Seriously cool. The drinks menu has plenty to choose from other than wine. The guy serving was pleasant so we didn't feel like we had to pretend to know loads about wine and we asked for his recommendations which were great. The ambiance was totally suited to a relaxing drink environment with plenty of character. With light jazz and blues, the library style decor and dim lighting it made for a real classic experience, the kind you only see in films and imagine but is not often is achieved in other bars. The couple opposite us asked for some playing cards which the chap serving brought over for them which was also nice. There were cheese selection choices available but we did not sample those. Maybe next time

Beautiful bar. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Probably one of my favourite bar in the world. The vintage music and the thousand of years old building make this place an extremely enjoyable place to spend evening time. Highly recommended

Quiet and cozy bar in the old town. I used to bring my computer and work there (late afternoon is more convenient). Back in 2015 they organized poetry circles and such. The owner is very kind. At night it turns I to a bar with nice atmosphere. Good local wine and dark beer. International crowd.

A true gem in Split's Bar offers. An amalgam of modern and traditional taken with a pint of Guiness. Definetly an atmosphere to remember, but I love jazz so you could say I'm biased. If you're tired of Split's same old offers you will LOVE this place.

Great small bar with jazz music and reasonably priced drinks, service was laid back and friendly, whisky selection was OK but overall worth a visit if you need a break from the tourist bars.

My favorite bar in Split. Old library, laid back, jazz music playing. Not touristy at all. Large selection of wine and spirits. Have 2 cheese offerings to nibble on. Take credit cards.
