Great place! Great music. A great variety of drinks in a variety of sizes. Great for anyone young or old that is down for a good time. Never was disappointed (even when I went x5 nights in a row). If you’re into the YOLO life, this is the place for you!!!! Be prepared to lose a few things including your dignity and your clothing (hehe). Some will win, some will lose, some were born to sing the blues. If you meet anyone named Robyn then run away lol she’s crazy

Probably the most active bar in Hvar. They play top 40 music and other classics, no DJ. I found drinks to be pretty expensive. The floor is open to dancing or standing and talking, with extra space (and small tables) outside for relaxing. I went with a group of people from our hostel, Lukas Lodge, and we had a great time.

I spent my entire youth in Hvar, every possible summer from 1993 until 2007. Now I visit rarely, as it became too crowded with tourists for my taste. Kiva used to be by far my favorite bar in Croatia. It was one of the last strongholds of good rock and pop music, the only place where my friend would go wild on the dancing floor to "Dancing with myself", and where the manager would indulge me with "Free bird" (and play through the entire solo as well). Now Kiva plays popular music for new generations, but the crew is still the same as it was 10 years ago. And the crew is what always made the place special - the most kind and friendly bar staff in Hvar. Prices are still better than any other place in the town, and despite the music, they still attract "normal" crowd. Anyway, if you come to Hvar, Kiva is the place you want to visit if you want something with a soul!

This place is always happening early in the evening there are a few people here, but if you come back here let's say in 2-3 hours the place will be packed with a people, I don't like the music here but there are so many people to hang with.
