  Perfect location in the green zone of the town with nearly private access to the beach and the swimming pool with the sea view.
  
  Rooms were clean, quite spacious with small balconies. Really good food in the restaurant! Perfect HB and FB options with good choice of local food!
  
  Very good relation between price and quality.
  Staff friendly and helpful (they know min. 3 languages: Local, German, English)
  
  Cons:
  - difficult access for disabled (no direct elevators),
  - no good shops in the neighbourhood,
  - thin walls (you can hear someone from the next room at night)

  The rooms to small and the staff not really friendly #maybe they don't know Englishbut to say good morning or hello I think not to heavy to remembered But the hotel also clean and the restaurant its good.

  The location is great, there's an awesome view and plenty of little markets. Common areas are very nice, clean, big and fancy but rooms are small and dated.
  Breakfast and dinner are very good, there is also a huge selection of food.
  The parking is very big and covered by insurance.
  There are also golf and tennis courts, bike and boat rentals.
  The entertainment is awesome!
  An overall good experience.

  Das Essen war super 😋 Nur nicht landestypisch das ist schade.
  Alles ist sauber und die Lobby und die Toiletten in den öffentlichen Bereichen sind modern und renoviert. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr klein und das Bad ist definitiv viel zu klein es passt nicht mal eine normal geformte kloschüssel rein sondern nur eine kleinere als die die man normal kennt.
  Leider ist die Dusche auch viel zu klein.
  Außerdem sollten Zimmer und Bad renoviert werden. Sind aber alles Punkte sie durch den schönen Pool und die wirklich direkte Meer Lage ausgeglichen werden und aktzeptabel sind.
  Das Problem welches ich hatte waren gefühlte 300 Betrunkene Britische Jugendliche und der Shuttle von einer in der Nähe liegenden Disko. Der britische Tour Unternehmer ilovetours setzt hier viel zu laute Jugendliche ab weshalb konstant von 23-3 Uhr an schlafen nicht zu denken ist. Es ruft keiner die Polizei und die Sicherheitsleute tun auch nichts.
  Ich empfehle das Hotel weiter weil Preis Leistung stimmt allerdings sollte man sich dafür einsetzen das es ruhiger ist und kein Müll durch Bierbecher entsteht.

  Für einen Wochenendurlaub reicht es alle mal. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind die Doppelzimmer sehr sehr beengt. Von zärtlichen Stunden nimmt man besser auch Abstand da die Wände dünn sind und man die Unterhaltungen der Leute aus dem Nachbarzimmer und sogar deren Schnarchen sehr gut mitanhören kann.
  Über uns wohnten ein paar Russen die es nicht für nötig hielten, die Nachtruhe, die in der Hausordnung geregelt war, einzuhalten. Das Personal war auch nicht in der Lage diese durchzusetzen.
  Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, aber auf Massentourismus ausgelet. Auch das Abendessen spieglet das sehr gut wieder. Wobei man zugeben muss, dass es gut geschmeckt hat (bis auf den Wein). Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
  Ein besonderes Plus für das Hotel ist die unmittelbare Strandnähe.
  
  Für Kurzurlaube zu empfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Proec würde ich nach einem besseren Hotel Ausschau halten.
