Very nice place to stay in Rovinj. The park around the hotel is very nice. There’s a beautiful outdoor pool. The beach is also very nice and clean.

Overall experience is good, but few points to improve:
- breakfast - coffee is terrible in timing. It takes about 15 minutes to catch a waiter, and then another 15 to get a coffee. All the days coffee was served after we finished the meal. And the quality of the coffee is way than average, so big surprise to have such an attitude for an important beverage in 15 stars.
- Loyalty Programm, before the payment of the final bill we tried to fulfil formular for maistra card, but were refused and told that it won’t work this time already, but only with a new booking. That is really strange, we really wanted to collect this stay points as well to keep with maistra resorts in the future..

A very pleasurable stay. Personally the hotel doesn't look particularly nice from the outside, but it's well designed in terms of aesthetics and functions inside. Rooms are decent size and nicely decorated. Perhaps the only change I would make if am the hotel manager is to replace the light beige carpet along the corridor and inside the room (which is prone to stains) with wood floor. Nice amenities. Like the bathroom. Like the buffet breakfast choice but quality could be slightly improved by offering freshly squeeze juice instead of from a carton. Nice gym. Love the fact that hotel is literally right on Lone Beach for swimming and running along the coast/park. Also saw some people do rock climbing on the hill in the park while out running. The hotel offers free parking valet which is a very nice touch. One thing I notice and love very much about Hotel Lone is it's design layout. Even though the hotel is full, you never really see other guests around except at breakfast. Oh and lastly, the service here is excellent.

Very nice clean modern rooms, with many complimentary activities good for entertainment. Friendly staff with many small touches that add up to a very welcoming fun experience The breakfast, though having a sizeable spread, is always a bit old, cold and chewy by 9 which means it is fairly unappetising. We also sampled the restaurant which is extortionate. VERY small fairly average food the looks very pretty. Is more of a modern art show than a restaurant The pool also has salt water which is a bit odd and stings the eyes but you get used to it very quick A very nice family friendly hotel with a good location, however the food is slightly lacking

A very nice 5 star hotel very modern style and very nice architecture. The beach and the sea are very clean and the service at the level. The rooms are also very nice. We stayed for two weeks and we had a very nice experience. The two restaurants are very tasty and also you have a big variety of things to chose from the menu. Also I really liked that they were activities that you can do like cooking also that there was a night show program that changes every day. :)

Lone is a top-notch hotel with good location, helpful staff, excellent food worth michelin star, Spa, Fitness,… We had a family room which was very spacious. Breakfast were good, with fresh fruits and juices, fried eggs, sliced salmons and everything you would want for breakfast.

It is our 2nd time in Lone Hotel. In general the hotel is really nice and almost all the staff is very professional, nice and friendly.
two remarks.
1) house maid - when we left tip for her, the room was perfectly clean. But when there were no tip left, coffee cups were not washed, my baby's bed was not maid, and a huge spiderweb was on a very visible place for 3 days.
2) during checkout the young man at the reception desk was trying to charge wrong amount (by 300 euro more). after we noticed it and told him about it, it took him more than 20 minutes to handle the situation. It was an early checkout and we had a long way to Venice airport. So every minute was important. That is why the previous night we came to the reception and notify them about early checkout to avoid any delays.
