Laguna Molindrio is a big 4 star hotel.

Friendly, professional staff
Nice design
Quiet if you are staying in the second buildings, not right on the front of the hotel.
Swimming pool, tennis, spa, restaurant, internet caffe, beauty salon, massage.
Big garden and alleys for people and bicycles
Lots of lights when you need them
Mini couch (extendable) instead of chairs
WIFI internet 2 Mbps Download / 2 Mbps Upload
2 square meter mirror in room
The bed is excellent
Holiday train station (that takes you to Porec 20 kuna/person); you just have to exit the hotel, go accros the street, and turn left 200 meters
You can also walk to Porec on the same road the Holiday Train goes in the tarmac road (it's not 100% listed the road on google maps but it;s 100% tarmac) 4,5 km. You'll arrive in Porec on foot in about 45-60 minutes. Depends on your speed.

If you leave early in the morning (between 5 and 6 am) there is no hot water.
Clean but not everywhere. There are places never touched and full of prints and spots splatter (ex lights and around them, mold in the seals of the shower doors).
I would say 95% is clean. It can't be everything perfect.
Children chairs at the restaurant are very bad, at least for children under 1 year (look good but are useless)
The shelf of a closet broken
The card that open the door didn't work ( I had to go 3 times to the reception to solve the problem from the 7th floor)

Very quiet, big buffet, they change the offered food every day a little, two Outdoor pools, which are a little crowded overday, room was in a good condition, quiet big shower, location is great especially for running in the morning, you can visit Porec either by foot via a trail along the ocean or via a cheap turist train.

It is good but the service is not 4 stars. The reception is in the 1st floor and you think, hey where in hell is the reception ?!??

Nice clean 4 star hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym and Spa get the job done. Beautiful view from front of hotel and amazing sunsets. Get a water facing room on 4th floor if you can. A few restaurants located just 3min walking from hotel.
