nice views, but not confortable for relaxing, unless you like rock climbings straigt from water, rooms without conditioneer and so on. For additionall quite big payment you can get some comfort, but overall price is too high.

I definitely cannot recommend this Resort. The complex with the easy beach access, supermarket, restaurants and bars are nice but our experiences with the staff and room facilities were very bad:
- Waitress in the restaurant next to 'is supermarket' behaved unprofessionally (rolled her eyes, unfriendly)
- towels hadn't been changed after three days, we had to go to the reception and had to ask for them after day 5 - no excuse, just a plain explanation that towels and bedding would be changed after 3 and 7 days (yeah!? We said that and we also said, that we were already staying since five days!?)
- Bedding wasn't changed at all (according to the website after 7 days) - at some point one is just tired of asking for everything and we are not that kind of guests who are too picky and cannot sleep in the same bedding during the stay. But it is not okay to announce something on the website when you don't intend to do that.
- No air conditioner in the room! Which would be no problem if there would've been a fan - but no(!!!) - we had to buy a fan in a store! No possibility to rent a fan or something like that. There were rooms, which were equipped with air conditioners for additional charge but not so in our room. The common sense suggests that there has to be at least a fan in a country like Croatia with hot summers! The heat accumulated in the room to a lange extent, it really wasn't to stand
I just hope that no one has to make that kind of experience in their holidays.
PLEASE work on your problems before you host so many tourists who just want to have a good time. One extremely unsatisfied guest is one too many.response / report this review -

Superior = lousy standard. Standard is apperantly even worse. AC in room means it is there but you have to pay to use it. Sunbeds are only available if you pay for them.

We had to go there for two weeks, but after seeing the hotel to live chose another hotel though this was fully booked. The road through the forest to the beach, pool very dirty and the room I will not be spoken. very expensive

9 nights prolonged twice, near the dogfriendly beach, Ambrela beach, the sunset is beautiful. Staff is helpful, the buildings seem to be in the next round of renovation, after Verudela Resort is finished.
