My wife and I visited Split for the first time ever this year. Upon our arrival to the Diocletians Palace Experience we were offered with a free wine tasting and with a 50% discount on the Split walking tour (Mijo and Darko are the best guides, thank you guys!). Located inside the historical Diocletians palace the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staff is very helpful and they will guide u throughout your stay. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Hotel in center, we booked online and got special offer discounts. Restaurant Peka specialty is 10/10 and amazing interior.

Was staying in queen room and loved the big bathroom option. Hotel is just what was expected plus I got some surprises on reception. Price is good and main areas are very approachable from hotel.

What a great hostel. It has a perfect location right by Diocletian's palace. The staff is great and all the travelers I met while I was there were wonderful. It's probably the best low cost hostel in Split

So we missed our flight to Split and was not arriving to the following day at the hostel. We advised them the day of and they said that would be ok but we would still need to pay the night we had missed.
We were fine with that however, when we arrived they had cancelled the whole booking, 2 nights, and agreed to only charge us the 1st night as they thought we had done a no show (even though we advised them via email and they acknowledged it).

Since the 2 nights total has come of our credit card, I have been trying to contact them since August to get 1 night refunded but they do not answer their phone or return emails.
