I've been there for lunch and if it was only about the quality of food, I would have given a solid 4 stars. However, the service was was the poorest I've ever experienced in a fine dining restaurant - to a point where it got absurd.
1. What you order is not what you get: The couvert includes an amuse bouche (says the menu), which we never got served (I'll come to this later).
The skate wing turned into a skate tail and the Creme brulee with rhubarb missed the rhubarb.
2. The service was. So. Slow. We had around 15 min between the dishes, which is acceptable during dinner, but not at lunch. Also, it happened that sometimes there was not even one person from the staff present in the dining room.
3. The service was the most unprofessional ever met in such a place. When we wanted to pay by credit card, the waiter didn't ask for our preferred Currency and left us with a hefty markup in our bill.
Also, when we asked for more bread, we saw him carrying a bread basket (supposedly 'ours') to a totally empty table, which was just odd. Even weirder, when we were about to pay, we watched him serve two portions of amuse bouche to the neighbor table where the bread was waiting.
We're still wondering what that was supposed to be.
However, I sent a complaint to the restaurant hoping at least for an excuse. But sadly, it remained unanswered ever since.

They serve classic slow food, we were invited to have a drink until our table is prepared.
The service is kind and elegant, the food is delicious, drinks are tasty.
High price tag.

A five star luxury hotel with 10 rooms. Wonderful bed to really get that sleep deprivation under control. Lovely view of kvarner bay island Krk. Excellent choice of local wines and sparkling wines. In the bathroom there is a shower and a whirpool bathtub. As a greeting you get a glass of one of the best sparkling wines in Croatia 'Tomac'. As soon as you breathe in the cool salty air you can start your relaxing. The restaurant also serves best fresh fish meals joining them with best wines from Croatia.

Bevanda is a modern hospitality complex just off the shoreline which offers its visitors many comforts. The bedrooms are spacious and all have a private terrace facing the sea. The restaurant will please the guests' appetite with its offer, and the bar will quench their thirst thanks to a careful selection of wines and spirits. Recommended!

Wonderful Place to be🍸🍽🍷to Relax and have a wonderful Dinner ❤❤❤❤❤
The Hotel, the Rooms are excellent.
The Bar/ Smoking Lounge is very relaxing.
On Top is the Restaurant with a very Good Service, overwhelming Champagne List and Wine, of course,.and an Excellent Degustation Menue .🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

There´s a wonderful chill area outside for cocktails and snacks. Great service, wonderful view. Just so relaxing to just sit, have a sip of coffee and bite of cheesecake while enjoying the view of Adriatic Sea.

All the pomp and fanfare was there but the food was just OK. The wait staff was very attentive and did an excellent job. Too bad the food didn't live up to the beautiful views and great service.

If the hotel was separate I would give it four stars. The rooms were extremely nice and the views outstanding. The room was large and comfortable. The only problems were burned out lightbulbs, nonsensical switches that didn't seem to do anything, and a sometimes noisy staff who banged around in the next room early in the morning.

Excellently designed in a great location, the place has a very cosmopolitan vibe to it with a killer sea front and the prices to match. However, the quality of the service doesn't really match the interior design or the heavy price tags. The waitress saw me coming in and it took her ages to pick up my order. If she had had a full house I might have had been understanding, but alas the place was empty.
