The service was nice and atmosphere was good! However the food quality was not so great. Ordered the plate for two which was of large amount, but it looked better than its taste. Fried fish and octopus was a bit too dry, didn’t feel like fresh. If going for street/fast food, it might meet your expect.

We had the sharing platter. It's huge. You can choose your burger and then get bits from the rest of the menu which includes oysters, octopus salad, calamari and sardines. Yummy! Lovely attentive service. We got extra dipping sauce workout having to ask. Our toddler got treated to some dancing. Not convinced the comical euro pop music was the best fit for this place though

The Octopus Burger they had was the best dish. Tuna and Sardine burgers were also equally good. Since located in the old town bit pricey but worth the visit. Nice cozy place it is.

I heard the oysters from Croatia are amazing - so I wanted to find a spot I could try them while in Dubrovnik on a port stop during a cruise. Didn’t have a ton of time plus didn’t want to spend too much (had free food on the ship). I came across this casual spot in the hart of the city. SO glad I found this place. Cozy, charming, tucked away from the crowds. And the oysters were truly delicious! I ordered twice! Had to get more. Ha! Plus the gal working there was really sweet and helpful. Had a great experience!

We found this restaurant through internet while browsing for cheap eats options in Dubrovnik. I'm glad we found it.

It's a small family-run joint. It's quirky, quaint & has a warm hospitality experience. It's been done up in a great manner with people around the world writing messages on wooden forks.

It's a sea food restaurant so they obviously do not have anything vegetarian. They have a lot of varieties in Sea food. Their small fish are tasty & their octopus burger is the signature dish of this joint.

Its very cost-effective as well! Do try their homemade beer. It's totally worth the experience.

By my second day in Dubrovnik, I was convinced that there are no places in the area offering a lonely tourist a quick bite without compromising on taste and price. However, I was pleasantly proven wrong upon the discovery of this lovely establishment. The food is good offering a handful of fried seafood - some rather indicative of the region. The inside is constantly wafting with the smell of grease and elbow-to-elbow dining is expected during rush hour. However, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Cor blimey - the octopus burgers are to die for, the setting is fun and the staff are friendly. Would totally recommend this low-cost, top quality spot. Definitely not another identikit tourist disappointment.

You must like sea food to enjoy this place. We were there 3 year ago and absolutely loved it, however the quality of the burgers seemed to have slipped a bit. Would still recommending visiting.

Very good food at a very reasonable price for a city like Dubrovnik. Portions are big and staff is really nice. If u love seafood, this place is perfect.

Very good place. Locals usually don't eat at old town but this is a rare place that i love to go. Food is fresh, very delicious. My personal favorite is octopus burger, but other things are great too.
Staff is professional and kind. Rare place, if not the only one where its relatively cheap and high quality together. A must visit in Dubrovnik!

Really nice people and layout; love the concept. Was incredibly disappointed by the food however. Tuna burger was tasteless and could've been a microwaved patty. Bread was good. The squid was chewy to the point of inedible. I was so surprised that a place touted for calamari would feel comfortable serving such an inedible product. We actually ended up taking our food to go and throwing it out later because we were too embarrassed to leave it sitting on the counter. Maybe we just had a one-off bad experience but it cost us around 30 euros for a tuna burger, squid, two beers and a water..and then we had to buy dinner somewhere else.

The food here was so fresh! We shared the giant fish platter. Everything on the platter was great! My husband said the oyster and grilled squid were the best he's ever had. The little fried fish and tuna burger were great as well. We each tried their pale ale and it was very tasty on a hot summer day.

I have honestly no idea why there are such high ratings here the octopus burger was so bland and tasted just like fried food vague olive flavor. The bread was stale/ unproperly toasted with a big slab of tomato and lettuce with a lot of sauce (kind of like thousand isle dressing). The sauce was the only thing that gave the burger flavors

I love octopus and this was a serious butchering of it.We also got the fried squid which was rubbery and soggy tasting. No crunch at all. Horribly disappointed- especially given all the good reviews.

Really nice food, nice People and all round a lovely place to eat lunch. It's got a very fun thing to do, you can draw in your wooden fork and then hang it up on the wall, for all visitors to see. Deffo Recommended 😉

Lovely, inexpensive, Street food and snacks in the Old City. We stopped off for a quick bite on the way in to town. Great tuna burgers.

Great location for lunch in the old city, with reasonable prices given the surrounding options. no issues with indoor seating in late March. We got the seafood platter Barba for two people, which comes with a burger of your choice (ordered the octopus burger), fried calamari, octopus salad, tempura shrimp, and Ston Bay oysters. Definitely a solid amount of food for lunch and you can tell that the seafood is fresh.

Went here for lunch after kayaking for 2 hours in the morning. Luckily there was no wait (we saw a huge line the previous night). The tempura and octopus burger were delicious. My only complainttheir bread is not toasted. Overall, a nice place to grab a quick bite.
