We rented a car in February, got a brand new Suzuki Swift. Perfect customer service and car was absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Avax rent a car to any of Zadar visitors. Good job guys, keep going!!!

Very flexible and quick solutions - we had Problems with Sixt 😩 and other „Rent-a-Cars“ - Not with AVAX - we met hörnest, friendly, quick and easy thinking People !

great service. i struggled to hire a car without a credit card but avax sorted it out for me. they delivered the car to the hotel for me. car was great. overall a very good company.

I asked office staff for late night pickup and to rent a car qt the airport Zadar. They made everything to make me feel better and satisfied because much larger rent a car company cancelled my reservation because plane was delayed and so they rented my car to other customer. When I am in Croatia only Avax is an option. Cheers guys!!

The car was very dirty and the representative looked like he belonged in a gang. He hardly spoke English and when we gave it back he tried to charge us 130 EURO for a scratch. Luckily I had photographed the whole car after collection and was able to prove it was there before. It felt very rehearsed he even threatened us with police! Terrible company. Avoid!!!

Aweful service, rude and dishonest. Dont even have an office at the airport. Brought the car back exactly as taken only to be forced to pay over 100 euro for a minor scratch which in all likelihood was already there "minor scratches don't need to be logged" bullshit. Stay away. You have been warned
