Went there with a problem on my car during my vacation. They put it on tester, dismantled parts of the engine, checked a lot of sensors and wires and after 3-4 hours they said they need a few days for diagnosis. The actual work was only 2 hours, as the designated mechanic was busy with other cars, too. When I got home, I went to my usual repair shop and it took 5 minutes to diagnose (same errors) and 10 minutes to fix (solder a broken wire). So at Experta, although the mechanic seemed knowledgeable about his job, he missed checking the harness of the very sensor that was related directly to the error the tester was showing or at least it was the first thing he should have checked (maybe he did check and didn't find the broken wire).
Anyway, my rating is based on my experience and on the actual results at this shop visit. The 3 stars are for them being able to put back my car in one piece so I was able to run the car as it was before the visit (with acceleration difficulties) back home.response / report this review -

Goede snelle service. Juiste apparaten voor onderhoud/ reparatie Renault. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijke bediening ondanks taal barrière. 👍

Jako loša usluga posebno komunikacija sa mušterijom, prilikom predaje automobila na servis rečena jedna cijena da bi prilikom preuzimanja bila više nego duplo skuplja bez da me se telefonski obavijestilo o poskupljenju.
