Got married here, was so much fun. They did everything for me, no stress at all. We had so much fun Hotel is quite, staff is great, food and drinks are great and amazing views. Oh snd a donkey thst walks around property.. A must..

Great Experience and Great place to relax and unwind. Excellent service, Beautiful views, Tranquil shoreline and delicious food. I plan on coming back again and again. The best part is it is quiet and out of the way of the craziness in other parts of the island. Subway Diving is onsite and they are a great outfit as well.

Great dive resort with friendly and helpful staff. It helps if you know/understand a bit of Spanish but it isn't necessary. There are plenty of staff members who speak English.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place. The resort itself is beautiful. We had a great time snorkeling. The staff is friendly. Rooms are nice. Beach and underwater experiences are the best. A lot of activities to do. We will definitely be returning. Only thing I would suggest to to bring bug spray. Otherwise, top notch! Unforgettable experience.

This place is an amazing dive resort. I can't believe how amazing and helpful the staff are with all our diving needs. The picture is of the view from my room. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing the horseback ride tour was great and you can tell they take really good care of their animals. I will definitely be returning to this Resort

My GF and I went for a week stay. We are both scuba divers. I had a bit of a time making reservations. First, I was told they didn't have rooms on the dates I wanted. Then, they did, but we had problems confirming and making the deposit. I was rather nervous after how much trouble it was to make reservations.
When we arrived, the island was beautiful. The airport was tiny (expected) and security was a bit annoying. The driver picked us up as promised and took us the 40 minute drive to the other side of the island. The roads werewellpretty bad. We started to get nervous. However, we got there and the place was lovely. The beach was lovely. The buildings were quite picturesque and well maintained. Then, the service began and it was really incredible.
Meals are included in the package. The dining hall is spacious and clean. Tables are reserved with you name on it. Coffee and tea is always available and I never found the bar un-staffed. If you came in between meals, they were always ready to get you a snack. They asked; you don't have to. The meals had a bit of 'sameness' to them over the week, but every meal was somewhat different and always hot and well prepared. Presentation was also nice, with carved melons and such decorating the serving tables.
The room was clean and spacious. The floor was tile. The views were nice. Rooms were serviced every day. We only had one time that we didn't have plenty of hot water.
The staff was always friendly and helpful. Everyone knew my name from the beginning and greeted me by name every day. They seemed to be looking for ways to take care of you whenever you saw them. Easily as good as the service at the Hilton Princess we stayed in when we stayed overnight in San Pedro Sula.
The dive operation was really top notch. The crews were friendly, helpful, and hard working. Your gear was cleaned and stored for you after dives and returned to the boat in your usual place before the next dive day. Even between dives, they changed your tanks while you munch on fresh fruit.
Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend the place.response / report this review -

Back from a fabulous dive vacation at Turquoise Bay Resort! Location is amazing, of course, but the best part is the welcoming, friendly and attentive people. They took great care of us, always with a smile! The food was great and creative too. The onsite Subway dive crew were wonderful too, good boats, equipment always ready for us, and again more friendly and happy people, felt like diving with friends! Our group will be back, and i recommend it to everyone!

I have been trying to confirm my reservations for three weeks. The US number they provide seems to go to a couple of women on cell phones who tell me rooms are not available when the hotel says they are, or they tell me they can't make reservations and I need to contact the hotel via email. The email from the hotel tells me to make a deposit on the website, but the website is not secure so my bank declines the transaction. When I asked the hotel via email if I should make the deposit via paypal (indicated on the website), they stopped responding entirely. I now have flights schedules and paid for, but the hotel will not tell me if I have a place to stay when I reach Honduras, let alone if I got the rate I was supposed to get for booking in August. I'll update this review if things change for the better, but it looks like a scam at the moment. I hope these other reviews are genuine. dwj

Im giving them 3 stars due to our camera missing. We took two cameras with us and the afternoon before lunch we were looking at them. I took one to lunch and left one on the bed> When we came back it was gone. As for the rest of the trip I give it 5 stars. The diving was great and loved the staff.

The diving here is excellent! Very organized and well run dive shop/operation. Short boat rides to many great reef diving opportunities. Super friendly Dive Masters and staff. Top rate service. We booked a week long diving package and have not been disappointed. Three meals a day and very clean accomodations with ocean views. Highly recommend this location!

This place is very clean and pretty. It is very out of the way, so only come if you plan on driving a lot to see the rest of Roatan.
