  The name says it all. Paradise on the beach. The local merchants did get a little annoying but I understand they’re only trying to make a living. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get some sun and relaxation

  Kudos to this wonderful hotel. We stayed in the Oceanic tower and our room was beautiful and cleaned beautifully each day. The buffett breakfast changed daily with lots of authentic and American type selection, always fresh and great service. The beach resteraunt food was absolutely fantastic, everything we had was delicious and generous portions. I want to commend 3 servers that looked after us so well everyday. We were there the busiest week of the year and these 3 fellows, along with all other staff, worked morning till night, always with a smile and never complained once. Servers Jamie , Marlon, and Dennis, you fellas have the GOLD STARS! We also had lots of interaction with Christoper at front desk office. He was fantastic helping us thru a hard time as I had been involved in a crazy accident while off resort. His support and kindness is not going to be forgotten. I highly reccommend Paradise Beach Hotel!

  Amazing customer service! People here are genuinely nice and friendly. Food is very good, especially breakfast. We went fishing and the kitchen staff deliciously cooked our catch for us.

  Had a very relaxing weekend, but on day of check-out I could not have been more ready to leave. On my final morning (this morning) I asked for a coffee at the bar as they had just opened up and I was enjoying the view. Dennis did not acknowledge me being there as he was holding a conversation with his co-worker, so when I made myself known he told me I had to pay $4 for a coffee because it was not in my "all inclusive" package. Coffee.
  
  The "all inclusive" package is alright, but be very aware that there are strict stipulations to this package. It may be worth it for the food, but even the buffet selection is pretty limited. The food was very good! I especially enjoyed breakfast and the daily omelette from Alexandre. They don't really post this anywhere, but don't forget the "all inclusive" package provides a morning snack hour (11am-12pm) and an afternoon snack hour (4pm-5pm).
  
  These people work hard to provide a decent stay on a beautiful island. I was impressed how hard everyone worked and how the servers were always lively and made you excited to eat.

  Janvier 2018! Du Lundi 8 au lundi 22 Janvier. Deux semaines d'occupation! Très déçu de la chambre dans le Océanique! Building 2 chambre 308 . De la moisissure dans la chambre, obligé de refaire le ménage. Aucune gastronomie, le menu manque de variété, beaucoup de friture . La pomme de douche ; pression est insuffisanteOn perdait l"eau chaude à tout bout de champs! = Inacceptable! Toutes sortes de petits détails qui font que cet hôtel ne correspond pas au standard d'un 4.5 étoiles tel qu'annoncé partout sur internet! Cet établissement n'est pas entretenue pour ce qui est de la maintenance! Il n'y a que deux restaurants qui se chevauchent et pas trois tel qu'anoncé. J'ai fait une grosse plainte à Sunwing qui nous ont totalement ignoré sur cette ile! Je vous déconseille fortement cet endroit, nos références par des touristes de l'endroit nous parle plutôt du Infinity Bay qui semblerait être impeccable!

  A pesar de que el hotel es precioso y en general los trabajadores son muy agradables, mi familia y yo pasamos 4 dias muy desagradables aqui en la isla debido al mal tiempo, y en estas circunstancias cabe resaltar que los trabajadores del hotel y los planes turisticos que tienen son sumamente escasos, casi inexistentes lo cual es muy frustrante, además deberían de tener la política de obsequiar a los huéspedes ciertos beneficios por el mal clima a pesar de que no sea culpa del hotel. El hotel tiene un gran defecto que es la poca comunicación que mantienen con los medios de transporte, tanto locales (taxis, bus) como con el ferry, ya que según el empleado de recepción es imposible comunicarse con el ferry. El dia sábado solicitamos que por favor se contactaran con el ferry para averiguar sobre el viaje del Domingo y fueron incapaces. Y por último,por lo menos 30 personas ingresaron al hotel estos dias de pésimo clima y seguirán llegando, nosotros somos de Guatemala y el viaje fue largo y costoso para conocer un mar revuelto y decepcionante, otros vienen de Alemania, Miami, Inglaterra, Francia y del mismisimo Honduras para ver el mismo mar, esto es una verguenza para el dueño, gerente y personal del hotel ya que deberian de ser capaces de informar a sus huéspedes para que muevan dos o tres dias la fecha de.sus reservas, esto solo demuestra un total desinterés por el público y el horrendo servicio del mismo Encantado con la isla pero decepcionado de no verla en todo su esplendor y el hotel no fue de gran ayuda

  Hotel veramente carino. Ottima posizione e confort. Assolutamente da provare il ristorante sia per il cibo che per il personale cortese e professionale. Ayfos che cura le pubbliche relazioni poi è veramente una PR TOP. Da ritornarci
