I have been visiting this hotel for several years. I have never been disappointed. The guest rooms are very comfortable and each has its own great view of the bay. Every detail seems attended to and guests are made to feel quite at home. New ownership is keeping the best of previous owner and making it better. A bit expensive but worth it.

I only went for lunch. It is expensive if u compare with others but is beautiful, food is very good, thr ambient is supet chill and nice. A nice treat u can give yourself in a holuday

Small boutique hotel (8 rooms) right on the beach in West End, Half Moon Bay. Rooms are clean and comfy, with cold AC. Hotel has a restaurant and bar too.

The Beach House sits in the center of Half Moon Bay and provides spectacular views of the ocean and surroundings. I stayed here for five nights in May and loved the cute atmosphere and convenient location. However, the nightly rates are high and the rooms are noisy due to the proximity to the main road.

I have travleled much of the world and the Beach House was one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed. It is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of beach, away from the noise of the town and next door to the best happy hour bar in town- Sundowners. I ended up staying an extra week and thus was lucky enough to be able to experience the different rooms at the Beach House, each has a unique decor and feel to it. They are very clean and all beach front so you fall asleep and awake to the sounds of the sea.

The Landing restaurant upstairs has perfect views and the food was amazing. I met so many interesting people here as well, seems that all the people in the know eat and stay here.

I could go on and on about this place. I guess a good way to sum it up is to state that after my stay in which I moved to a different part of the island, I still visited every day to have a laugh with Kelly (who is so sweet and helpful at the front desk) and the staff or to have a drink and a bite.

I highly recommend Roatan as a place to visit and The Beach House at Half Moon Bay for your stay. There aren't many destinations that I would return to only because I like to experience to new places but I am already planning a trip back here. If they had direct flights from NYC I would already be there, although I have to say the quick layover in Miami was not bad at all.

This place is great. Beautiful views, right on the water and nice accommodations. Estelle and the Landing, the attached bar/restaurant, is really what makes it complete. I would give it 5-stars, but the front desk lady (Kelly) would always come in late when people were checking out, often times leaving money issues with the local help.

Kate is your friend on the island. She takes great care of everyone, guest or not. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Be aware you're in the middle of the hustle and bustle which can be wonderful but noisy sometimes.
