The guides are excellent and the ziplines are in a jungle. Very enjoyable. I booked ahead on line however, you can book at port for five books more a person. You can also book shore excursions from cruise line for twice the price. No matter which way you go you will have a wonderful experience.

A great staff makes for a great experience. I am 50, 240, 6'4" my girlfriend is 49, 5'7", sexy. We had a wonderful time. Everything is well maintained and managed. Bus ride from our curise ship was good. Bus was in excellent condiditon, AC. All the staff we interacted with were professional and helpful. Guides took videos and pictures of us.

I have done lots of touristy things, but this was really fun. 4/17/18.

We did the eco tour which goes into the forest and crosses a number of well constructed suspension bridges. The guide was very knowledgeable, explaining flora and fauna, overall a very interesting tour. Saw a number of different animals including monkeys. Thanks!!

Age 60 female first time zip lining and I was a little nervous.

But, the guides were amazing and after the first line, I was hooked!

Did 11 lines in about an hour, loads of fun! Thanks!

Definitely a very good experience for first time zipliners. Kind of pricey though. And everybody from the driver to the guide to the zipline instructors are expecting tips.

A big fat ZERO star. Yes they have a ZIP line and it's a nice view, but they also have two large makaw parrots and monkeys locked up in a small cages. Macaws can live for 150 years. Who in their right mind would lock up animals in a confined space like this? This is known as animal cruelty, clearly illegal in the western world. You support animal cruelty if you go to this place.

My partner and I booked the Zuperman and Eco walk tour. Less than stellar. We first arrived to the location and the "guides" were all hanging around the snack shop and lockers like a gang. We then were taken up the top of the hill where no one knew what we were doing. They put us in the gear and we stood around in the blazing sun and heat for 20 minutes listening to the staff argue with each other. Finally we took the zip down the first stage. Between the first and second lines, the staff caught an Iguana and proceeded to rip its claws off to tie its legs behind its back. Then we were "guided" along the trail for an "eco tour" which was a complete joke and waste of time. When we got back to the snack shop the gang of "guides" all wanted a tip, even if all they did was said hello to us. Save yourself time and money and skip this "tip scam trap"!!!!!

This is the best zip line experience offered by NCL. This is a 9 tier zip experience in the rain forest with lots of local color and wildlife.

Have zip-lined in several locations and this one was the best by far. Great staff, awesome scenery and a nice long course which takes about 45 minutes to complete. Great time, highly recommend!

Fantastic Zuperzip ride! Horizontal suspended harness. Great views. Friendly, helpful staff. Also eco-walk, regular zip lines.

My husband and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon and heard ziplining in Honduras was amazing. I almost booked through the cruise line, but ended up Googling other options and found South Shore Zip Line. Let me tell you - it was cheaper than it would've been through the cruise line and I would almost guarantee that it was a lot more fun! Safety is their top priority, but don't think that means it's boring! The guys that work here ensure you have a blast and allow you to do some neat tricks along the way. There are just enough zip lines to go down to keep it enjoyable but not too long, and there is plenty of time to do other things in Honduras if you please. We had no issues getting there or back from the port. By far, one of the best experiences we had on the cruise. Highly recommend these guys and would absolutely go again!

We took a family cruise a year ago and booked with South Shore - they were amazing! We were a fairly large group and there was another large group there as well. Safety is important to them and they take the time to get you harnessed up and helmeted. We had a variety of body styles and chose South Shore as we had 2 larger men over 250 but under 300 lbs on this trip and they were able to accommodate. There are guides at each landing point who help you get started and stopped. At the end of the tour we were bussed back up to the starting point where we could purchase souvenirs or a CD of pictures that were taken by a guide ($40). I will be recommending and using again if we go back to the island.
