  This is a gourmet bake shop and restaurant. They have great coffee and breakfast. The staff is attentive and professional. Their head pastries chef was educated in the U.S. and follows high food safety standards. The skills that Luis has to decorate cakes is unbeatable. No other bakeshop in town can create the beautiful works of arts as #Sofyscake does.

  Best breads and cakes in La Ceiba, good coffee as well. They have free wifi and clean bathrooms, A/C and friendly staff. If you buy just one piece of cake to have with your coffee make sure that it is fresh, sometimes it's a couple days old.
