Amazing service, staff is very welcoming and warm. Food is very tasty and for breakfast they offer a big variety of choices.
The pool area is nice and you get to have a nice view of the city, at night is even better

The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very nice. The rooftop bar is a pretty sweet spot but the drinks are not worth it - seem pretty watered down (Sangria, tequila, and other cocktails). Overall a great experience.

Really nice facility, easily the best in Tegucigalpa. Good secured placed. Good food, a little pricey, but good enough.
The staff is very good, the reason I return
Centrally located.
Why a 4 star? Whats the Flaw?
Owrners and upper management. Like all business in Honduras, they don't know how to appreciate long term clientele, most believe in the now rather then the long term, and its almost confrontational if you approach them (They need retraining.)
But, I'm a critic, of the "more involved" type of guest
At the end, however, I do still recommend it

Excellent location, good is great, convention spaces are adequate.. I love its interior decorations and minimalist design, rooms are visually clean and comfortable. Parking is underground, so a bit cramped there. The hotel has a small pool in its upper floor, with no permanent lifeguard, so watch out if going with kids.

Amazing Staff! Too many to mention. Claudia and Doris and all the front desk staff were nice! Only wish they had a Hot Tub, but Hyatt points make up for it ;) very close to a mall and Movie theater. Very clean and Safe Hotel. Gery was very attentive and always helped with my luggage. Marlon and Glenda made sure I got what I needed for breakfast. Lesdly was so humble and Christina is amazing at cleaning rooms! Clean Gym too. They provide water bottles daily. Honestly I didn't know what to expect in Honduras with the crime rate, but staying here made me feel like a home away from home and hopefully can come back again soon and see the same helpful staff! Even the cooks were Humble and smiled every day! THUMBS UP HYATT. THANK YOU, ALMA

Stayed here at the Hyatt for a week and a half. The main reason I chose this spot was because it was very close to the U.S Embassy and I am also a Hyatt points memeber. I truly recommend this hotel. They made me feel like home away from home. Claudia did her best to make sure my reservations were in order and everyone at the front desk were warm and pleasant. They speak both English and Spanish which is a plus! Housekeeping was great! Lesdly is very kind and Christina was the most organized cleaning lady I ever experienced! Thank you! Marlon and Glenda helps you every morning or evening for breakfast which is delicious with lots of Hot and cold meals to choice from. Very clean up to date gym. Clean pool too. Just didn't use it. I only wish you had a Hot tub for those long day walks. Overall an excellent SAFE place with a small mall in front and Movie theater. Thank you Hyatt Staff, because of your kindness I feel safe again to travel and visit Honduras with the family next time!

One of the nicest hotels in the city. In contrast to some of the traditional hotels, has very modern decor and ambience. Tucked away but good if you want more peaceful surroundings.

Excelente place to stay. The rooms are big, the food outstanding and the staff friendly. The parking place and system are a bit odd, but everything else was outstanding. Good gym and swimming pool and if you like to run outside, it is easy to find a few good routes.

Very nice hotel, good rooms, excellent food & restaurant. Great top roof swimming pool & bar. Great family environment, the surroundings are safe, good for shopping & entertainment.
